How many children do you have?

Four wild kiddos (3 sons and 1 daughter) 6 and under

Favorite thing about parenthood:
Favorite: re-experiencing simple (but profound) things through my little ones’ eyes.

How do you unwind?

What’s that? But really, I’m spun pretty tight. I’d have to say yoga or a nice relaxing bubble bath.

Favorite Drink:

Easiest question ever...coffee through an IV!

Favorite Dessert:

I would normally say just about any kind of ice cream BUT, I’m currently dairy free, egg free and gluten free while breastfeeding my little one. Right now I’m obsessed with Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter Cups They are basically a Reese’s free of dairy, soy, gluten, tree nuts and peanuts. Sooo, if that’s your thing you NEED to try them.

One piece of advice for a new mom:
Truly try to live in the moment. It will be over in the blink of an eye. I have to remind myself of this day in and day out....the laundry, dishes and cleaning CAN wait.
